SHIPPING / ORDERING
All orders will be shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday) following the placment of your order, at the earliest. Next Day Air orders must be placed by 3pm California time. Orders placed on Friday will not be considered next day air. If it is not possible to ship on that day or the next following day, we will make sure to contact you as soon as possible. All domestic orders to residences and businesses will be sent via FedEx. All domestic orders to PO Box and military addresses will be sent via FedEx. International orders will be sent via FedEx International. We reserve the right to delay or hold orders with inappropriate shipping selections (i.e., "domestic vs. international").
Please send all address corrections to firstname.lastname@example.org with the phrase "address correction" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your Paypal transaction ID with the email.
Nucleus Return Policy:
All sales are final.
If you receive an item with broken, torn, or missing parts, simply return the item to us in its original package with your receipt. We will exchange it if we still have the item in stock. We will refund you on the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item we will notify you with the option to refund or send you a replacement if one is available. Please contact email@example.com.
If a frame is damaged or broken, contact us within 10 business days and either Nucleus or the shipping company will reimburse you for reframing costs. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you receive the wrong order:
Simply notify us and return the item. We will exchange it for you and refund you on the return shipping. Please contact email@example.com.
Shipping Policy / Rates:
If you want your package shipped to countries outside the US, simply select either the international standard or Priority option when you are ready to checkout.
