FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE THESE ALL ORGINAL PAINTINGS?
Yes they are. Before we accept any painting, or even any artist, we go through a stringent testing process to ensure the authenticity of not only the painting, but also of the artist.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY PAINTING?
We will ship within two days of receiving your order. The actual time in transit will vary depending on your location. In most cases you can expect to receive your painting within two weeks.

IF I REALIZE I AM NOT GOING TO BE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY PAINTING CAN I DELAY IT?
If we are notified, either by email or phone, before your painting ships we will be glad to hold it for you until a more convenient time. Once it has shipped it is out of our control.

WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is free to anywhere in the world. As soon as an order is received our experienced staff begins the shipping process. Your painting will be protected from damage.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PAINTING?
When you receive your painting retain the shipping material. If within 2 weeks you decide you are not satisfied return it in the same packaging for a refund or replacement.

ARE THE PAINTINGS FRAMED?
Just to clarify, the paintings are on a wooden 'frame', but that refers to the wooden frame that the canvas is stretched on before it is painted. We do not frame paintings because there is such a wide variety of frames available. We have developed relationships with many high-quality framing businesses and will be glad to send you an email with references to shops in your area. These shops will have the talent and expertise to customize a solution to match your painting with your decor.
